ABOUT EMPOWER HOURS WITH CATE
I do Zoom style OR Pop-up Facebook Group style Empower Hours for you and your guests.
Our Safety Workshops cover tips and training for home safety and personal protection for wherever you are.
You’ll leave with easy to implement actions and tips to keep you and your loved ones safe.
We will cover our most popular personal protection tools, including PEPPER SPRAYS, STUN DEVICES, AND Force Multiplying Tools.
The LIVE component is 30 to 45 minutes – the Pop-Up group is live for 4 to 5 days, with safety posts, videos and more throughout that time.

Once you BOOK your date for your Empower Hour Safety Workshop, I will email and/or message you. Together we can decide on what style workshop you would like.
Facebook Style
I will create a pop-up Facebook group for you and your guests.
You will then be able to invite your guests into the group, and for four days, prior to the LIVE workshop, I will post, share tips and much more. It's a fun time and since it is a short four or fives days, now one feels overwhelmed. At the LIVE workshop guests will be invited to shop your workshop link to equip themselves with the personal protection tools they have been learning about.
Zoom Style
Once you book, I will contact you via email or phone and together we will create an invitation for your Zoom workshop. During the Zoom event, I will share and present and interact with you and your guests, answering questions and such. Your guests will be given an opportunity for equipping themselves with personal protection tools via your workshop shopping link.
